Lead Managers
Lead managers nurtures the lead, Once Cold callers have confirmed the prospect is interested in an offer or TEAM REI sends over a warm lead, the lead manager takes the lead and collects all needed information to confirm interest in an offer, then hands it off to the acquisitions manager to complete negotiations and put it under contract.

Disposition Managers
Once the deal is under contract and has been closed through title company, and is ready to find an end buyer. The Dispositions manager finds that end buyer with your buyers list and sees it through contract, escrow, and closing. either assignment or cash closing
